Michael Hershey, owner of Terra Nova Construction, is a licensed and insured Class A Contractor.  He focuses his business primarily on residential concrete flatwork. He prides himself on working with the top builders in the Richmond area.  Michael also works directly with homeowners for renovation projects such as driveways, sidewalks and patios. He looks forward to continuing to serve the Richmond area builders and homeowners.
